Norwood High School scores and schedules
Normally, a contest like the 52-48 loss suffered by the Norwood High girls basketball team to Scituate in the first round of the MIAA Division 2 South sectional tournament Thursday night is the type of defeat that a club with zero prior postseason experience can learn from and apply the lessons for a longer stay the following winter.
John Sarianides was named head coach of the Norwood High football team on Wednesday. He replaces Joe Curran, who was relieved of his duties on Dec. 17 after going 35-31 over six seasons, including 3-8 this past season.
